Shannon and Neena did their Mount Charleston Engagement Photos at Lee Meadows, which is located near the bottom of the mountain. It consists of beautiful open fields (where ou can sometimes see wild horses!), and towering sequoias. It’s a seriously gorgeous place to do engagement photos and we are so thrilled they wanted to do them here. Inspiration for their photo session
They wanted laidback engagement photos that really felt like them. As outdoor enthusiasts who are down to earth and just want to have a good time – Mount Charleston made so much sense for them. Plus, that’s where they got engaged so it made the session super special. We were huge fans of the custom mugs they made (Seriously, peep them and squeal with us!), and the adorable outfits they got for their pups. Their dogs play a really meaningful role in their relationship, so it was important that they be included in the photos. And don’t they look dapper in their little custom-made ties?!

This session really brought us life. We love it when couples make sessions their own. The photos are imbued with personality and it makes the photos so incredibly meaningful. Our job as photographers is to tell your story. So be authentic with us. Be your real selves and let yourselves shine for the amazing humans that you are. You deserve it.
