Laidback Red Rock Canyon Overlook Wedding | Las Vegas, Nevada

This Laidback Red Rock Canyon Overlook Wedding was seriously fun! It was actually Kiesha and Stephen’s 10 year vow renewal and they wanted to make it exactly the way they imagined it. Red Rock Canyon is one of our favorite places to photograph elopements in Las Vegas. And can’t you see why? Its easily accessible on the edge of town, and has incredible views that are incredible. So we’re really glad Kiesha and Stephen chose this spot!

The Inspiration behind this Vow Renewal

Kiesha envisioned an intimate gathering with her closest loved ones. The outdoors are really important to her and Stephen’s relationship, and they live in beautiful Idaho which has lots of fresh greenery and mountains. Super different than Las Vegas! We are proud of our Red Rocks and desert vibes, but are seriously lacking in the greenery department.

They opted to contrast Navy blues against Red Rock Overlook and it looked stunning didn’t it?! They had a delicious dinner at Honey-Salt which is located a short drive away from the Red Rock Canyon Overlook and it was the perfect way to end an intimate vow renewal.

Wedding Attire Inspiration

Since they already had a traditional wedding ten years prior, they wanted something that was authentic to them and was meaningful. Which meant … no white dress. Kiesha rocked a gorgeous Navy high-low dress that was adorned in lace and beautiful design details. Doesn’t it look simply amazing on her? Stephen went more classic with a button up navy shirt that paired nicely with Kiesha’s look.

Final thoughts

We love it when our couples do things their way and make their events special to them. This epitomizes that and it felt like it was a truly unique day – meant just for them.
