Ashley and Eric had the most adorable Military Engagement Photos in Las Vegas. First off – it was just a blast to photograph. These babes are so deeply in love that honestly, they made our job easy. Ashley had envisioned something airy and bright that emphasized their love for each other (That’s what we specialize in!)
The location of these Military Engagement Photos
We went with the El Dorado Dry Lake Bed which is about an hour away from Las Vegas. While it’s an easy drive – it feels otherworldly. With nothing but dry, cracked earth and some solar panels … it’s incredibly beautiful. Particularly at sunset when the sun hits the mountains and makes everything a dreamy and warm color. We love this look, and it was no exception for this session.
The overall vibe for these Air Force Engagement Photos
It was important to Ashley that her session feel bright and romantic. That also applied to her, and we are obsessed with her bright orange flowy dress (And doesn’t she look stunning in it?!) as well as highlighting Eric’s service. Being a military couple takes such great communication and deep love – both of which these babes have. And of course – looked amazing doing it.
Final thoughts
We simply loved this session and are so excited for their wedding (Which is going to be in France!) Engagement sessions are such a short period of time in comparison to the duration of the life you’ll spend with your partner – so make it count. Make it feel something to you. You’ll look back at this period of time in your life with such fond memories so make it amazing.
