In the heart of San Francisco, the Presidio, was the perfect wedding for our couple. Lauren and Jonathan’s wedding was beautiful, moody, and absolutely San Franciscan. Our team had the honor of documenting their love story against the backdrop of the Spanish-style marvel that is the Presidio Officers Club.
Of course, “Karl The Fog” was present, and created some wonderful mystique to their wedding day. If you’ve been following along for a while, you’ll know that we love bright and airy vibes. But honestly – as a native San Franciscan, I can never say no to a foggy wedding day.
The Presidio Officers Club, with its Spanish-inspired architecture, provided the perfect canvas for Lauren and Jonathan’s love story. The stucco walls adorned with vines, rustic tiles, and wrought-iron details created a moody and intimate atmosphere, weaving seamlessly fall-inspired wedding decor.
It has a lengthy history that is intertwined with San Francisco as a port city, which makes it super interesting. It’s not just a pretty face. But it’s wonderful that it’s been preserved and can serve as the backdrop for couples to say I do at. I mean – does it get better than having the Golden Gate Bridge in the back?! We don’t think it can.
Our couple had a beautiful wedding with all their friends and loved ones. The bridesmaids wore gorgeous red dresses and the bouquet had elements of bohemian inspiration that tied into their Fall wedding.
