Funky Little Church of the West Wedding in Downtown Las Vegas

What an awesome wedding these two had! They have been trying to get married in Vegas since 2020, but of course, pandemic. These lovebirds flew all the way to Vegas for their destination wedding from Luxembourg, and it was worth the wait.

It was important to our couple that they had a laid-back and untraditional, offbeat wedding day. That desire shined through in every aspect of their day from the brides rad tennis shoes, to the bouquet made up almost entirely of buttons.

One of the most special things about their wedding day was, of course, their ceremony. They opted to get married by Elvis in the famous Little Church of the West. It is is the oldest building on the entire Las Vegas Strip. It’s the only building on the Las Vegas Strip to be listed as a historic building by the federal government. Pretty cool huh? And of course, it’s best known for the movie Viva Las Vegas, which starred Elvis.

We had such a blast photographing their intimate wedding (They had two friends accompany them and be their witnesses, also from Luxembourg!) and then romping around Downtown. We just had a ton of fun and made sure they got some really laid back vibes in their photos. From the famous Las Vegas Strip, to the lights of the Fremont Street Experience, it was just a ton of fun. We absolutely adore when our couples wed their way and have a wedding that feels like them. Whether it be a gathering with 100 of your closest friends and having lots of amazing little details and a gorgeous floral arrangement, or an intimate elopement — make sure your wedding aligns with what you want in your life. Your wedding is the first day of forever with your partner, after all.
