Laid Back Wedding at Woods Island Club in San Francisco, California

Emily and Matt got married on September 15th, 2018 and it was a gorgeous albeit extremely windy day on Treasure Island at the beautiful Woods Island Club Brewery. They are huge beer lovers so wanted to incorporate that into their wedding. From the table settings to chugging beer during their ceremony (YES, that happened), they really made their wedding unique and made it feel like them.

We started the day at Monk’s Kettle to do a first look (where they had their first date!) and it was a sweet moment. We then relived their first date and they had a beer to start the day. Then we ventured out to Treasure Island for their Treasure Island Ceremony and Reception.

I absolutely adore when my couples tie in things that are important to them. They literally incorporated beer into every part of their day and it was awesome. Besides beer – their Bay Area Fall Wedding had colors of burgundy and vivid reds to accentuate the natural landscaping of Treasure Island. And what goes better together than Mexican food and beer? Madd Mex Cantina delivered. Instead of a traditional wedding cake from Crumble and Whisk. they had cute little miniature cakes for everyone. What a cute idea! This laid back brewery wedding was perfect for them and since it was on Treasure Island – epic views for days. After their first dance we did some couples portraits with the Bay Bridge behind them and it was magically gorgeous.

This fun Bay Area Brewery Wedding was such a blast and it was such an honor to be a part of their big day.
